Cancellation Policy

At Atlas Wholesale, we understand that plans can change. This Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which you may cancel an order.

1. Order Cancellation (Before Dispatch)

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever comes first.
  • To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately with your order details.
  • If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, a full refund will be issued.

2. Orders Already Dispatched

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
  • In such cases, you may refer to our Return & Refund Policy after receiving the item.

3. Bulk & Wholesale Orders

  • Due to the nature of wholesale purchasing, bulk orders may not be eligible for cancellation once confirmed.
  • Any exceptions will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

4. Refund Processing

  • Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

5. Order Modifications

  • If you need to change your order (address, quantity, product), please contact us as soon as possible.
  • We will do our best to accommodate changes before the order is dispatched.
